Brett Mirly

Brett Mirly is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Compliance Manager at Alaska Airlines since July 2016, with previous roles as Supervisor of Station Operations and Contract Service Lead. Responsibilities include auditing ramp teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing Ground Service Equipment maintenance, and providing operational guidance. In addition, Brett has contributed as a Customer Service Team Lead, managing teams at airport gates and ticket counters, coordinating with various operational departments, and enhancing training for new agents. Prior to Alaska Airlines, Brett held the position of Director of Marketing at Right Track Inc., where market research and brand management skills were developed, and served as an Ultimate Ears College Ambassador. Early career experiences include lifeguarding and supervisory roles in aquatic environments. Brett holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as Fine and Studio Arts, from UCLA.
