Carrie Rule is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and development. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and Principal Solutions Architect at Alaska Airlines since November 2018, Carrie has prior experience at Boeing from June 2005 to November 2018, where roles included Advanced Technologist / Software Developer and Flight Test Analysis Engineer. Carrie's expertise encompasses creating cloud-native applications, full-stack development, and executing detailed testing plans for aircraft software and hardware certification. Prior to Boeing, Carrie worked as a Biometrician/Statistician at the USDA APHIS and as a graduate teaching assistant at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where Carrie taught engineering statistics. Carrie Rule holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and two Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Missouri University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Seattle University.
