Travis Knott

Travis Knott is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and retail management with extensive experience. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Alaska Airlines since October 2021, Travis has held various roles within the company, including Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Recruiter. Prior to joining Alaska Airlines, Travis worked as a Contract Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright, specializing in high-volume hiring for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. Travis began a career in retail management at American Eagle Outfitters, where responsibility encompassed the management of a flagship store and the development of a sizable team. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy, leading operations and a large staff in a major retail environment.
