Emily Vanderhoof, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture for the Pacific Northwest at Pursuit Collection, beginning in February 2024. Prior experiences include Human Resources Director at Sun Valley Company from May 2019 to February 2024, where management of corporate HR operations and employee housing was prioritized. Previous roles also encompass Director of Human Resources at Powder Mountain, Human Resource Senior Manager at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort, Human Resources Specialist at Snowbasin Resort, and Director of Human Resources and Marketing at Redfish Lake Lodge. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
