Gary Rodgers has over 30 years of experience in the resort and hospitality industry. Gary currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Pursuit Collection, overseeing operations in the Pacific Northwest Alaska/Glacier Park Collections. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and General Manager for Pursuit Collection. Before joining Pursuit Collection, Gary spent 13 years at Copper Mountain Resort, where they served as President and General Manager. Gary was responsible for leading all lines of business and directing a high-performing leadership team. Gary also had roles at Intrawest, where they were the Senior Vice President and Director of Lodging & Hospitality, and at Whistler Blackcomb and Whistler Mountain Ski Corp., where they held various management positions in food & beverage and human resources.
Gary Rodgers attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1985, earning a degree in Hospitality. In 1981, they also attended Kwantlen College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. In 2012, Gary enrolled in the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, focusing on Leadership Best Practices and earning a certificate in Business.
