Ashish Desai

Ashish Desai serves as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Albemarle Corporation since 2022, overseeing all M&A activities for the $6B publicly listed company. Previously, Ashish held the position of Manager of Corporate Finance at Republic Services, where corporate finance initiatives and M&A efforts were conducted for a $12B organization. Prior experience includes directing corporate business development and M&A initiatives at Technithon International across multiple regions and managing operations for prominent clients. Ashish began the career as Vice President of Investment Banking at Consilium Partners, focusing on valuation analysis and deal execution. Ashish holds a Master's degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as educational experience from The Doon School.
