Erin Smithey, MBA, has extensive work experience in HR technology and strategy. Erin is currently working at Albemarle Corporation as the Sr. Director of Global HR Technology. Prior to this, they held various roles at Alight Solutions, including Director of Workday Product Strategy, Workday Senior Manager, and Workday Manager. Erin also worked at Accenture as a Technology Consulting Manager and at Aon as a Workday Manager and Workday Senior Consultant. Before that, they worked at LPL Financial as a Senior Analyst in Human Capital and at Hunton & Williams LLP as an HR Statistical Specialist. Erin began their career at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs as a Client Representative.

Erin Smithey, MBA holds a Master of Science degree in Quantitative Management: Business Analytics from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, expected to be completed in 2024. Erin also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Clemson University and completed a program in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business.
