Bill's background also features a role in labor relations at Fluor, acting as a liaison among multiple stakeholders at a major project for Conoco Phillips. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and operation of American Floor Designs. Bill holds a BS in Construction Management from South Western Illinois College and completed an Ironworkers Apprenticeship Program.
