Jim Klingensmith, PE, CCM, LEED AP has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jim began their career at Gilbane Building Company in 1983, where they served as a Project Executive for 24 years. In 2007, they joined Alberici Constructors as the Marketing & Project Director and worked in that role until 2014. Jim was then promoted to Senior Vice President - Project Acquisition in 2015, a position they currently hold.

Jim Klingensmith, PE, CCM, LEED AP received their MBA in International Business from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned their BSET in Civil Engineering Technology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, graduating in 1983. Jim's education started at Bay County High School, where they completed their General Education Diploma from 1973 to 1976.
