Currently serving at Alberici Constructors since September 2022, Lance has previously held Senior Estimator positions at Schuff Steel from October 2016 to September 2022, SunSteel LLC from 2013 to 2016, and SME Steel Contractors from 2008 to 2013. Lance began a career in the field as a Steel Detailer at GEM Buildings, where tenure lasted from 2000 to 2007.
