Giovanni Guerra has over 30 years of experience in the textiles and fashion industry, currently serving as the Director of Fabrics Research and Buying and Garments Sourcing at Aspesi since July 2020. Prior roles include Head of Sourcing Development and Buying Fabrics and Trims at Krizia International - Marisfrolg Group in Shenzhen, China, and Senior Fabric Manager at Tommy Hilfiger. Further experience includes roles as Product Development Manager Fabrics at Staff International for Just Cavalli, Coordinator of Fabrics Department at sinv_spa for See by Chloe, and Research and Development Fabrics and Yarn at Les Copains - BVM for Antonio Marras. Giovanni Guerra began a career in fabric research and development at Max Mara Fashion Group, focusing on Marina Rinaldi products.

THE ASPESI BRAND IS THE STORY OF AN AVANT-GARDE NORMALITY. Constant and rigorous textile research has always been at the core of ASPESI’s essence. To this day, ASPESI remains faithful to its minimalist, sophisticated and timeless approach. In November 2020 Lawrence Steele has been appointed creative director, with the aim to enrich the emotional range of ASPESI, expanding and articulating the scope of a style that in place of volatile frivolity stands for militant awareness, under the sign of Made in Italy.
