Stephen Ridley

Stephen Ridley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT management and architectural roles. Since October 2012, Stephen has held various positions at Alcidion, including Director of SRE and Platform Operations, Enterprise Architect, Lead Technical Solutions Architect, Development Manager, and Senior Consultant / Lead Developer, where responsibilities included leading the Auckland development team, project management, and maintaining company ICT infrastructure. Prior to Alcidion, Stephen served as IT Manager at Equippers Church, overseeing the development and maintenance of ICT and internal applications from May 2007 to October 2012. Stephen also worked as a Senior Consultant at MKM Consulting NZ, focusing on consulting and development for clients while supporting internal ICT systems. Earlier in the career, Stephen was Operations Manager at Clearfield Knowledge Solutions, responsible for server and network health and infrastructure growth planning. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Auckland, obtained between February 1995 and November 1998.
