Alfred van Dartel

Alfred Van Dartel has extensive experience in sales management, primarily within the aluminum industry. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager for Europe at Alcoa since April 2014, Alfred is responsible for optimizing sales and margins for Billet and Rod. Previous roles at Alcoa include Rod & Billets Sales Manager Europe and Rod & Billets Key Account Manager Europe, where responsibilities involved managing the sales of billet and rod production across multiple European countries and leading a commercial team. Prior to Alcoa, Alfred held various sales management positions at Nedal Aluminium BV from 1999 to 2014, focusing on custom-made profiles for diverse markets, and served as Account Manager Sport at AGU B.V. Additionally, Alfred has pursued several professional development programs at Nyenrode Business University and holds degrees in German Studies and Export Marketing Management from Radboud University and Avans University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
