Dylan Hayes

Dylan Hayes is a dedicated production associate currently employed at Alcon, where responsibilities include overseeing assembly and clean room procedures within the ECA department, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) before products are sent for final packaging and labeling. Previously, Dylan worked in the Finishing department at Alcon, focusing on packaging and labeling the final product. Before joining Alcon, Dylan served as a crew member at McDonald's, gaining experience in customer service and food production processes. Additionally, Dylan's early career includes a role as a clerical assistant at The Lough Credit Union Ltd., handling administrative tasks such as filing applications and maintaining records. Dylan holds two bachelor's degrees from Munster Technological University, one in Business and another in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies.
