Michelle Peterson

Michelle Peterson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Michelle most recently worked at Alcon as VP of Global Talent Management & Organizational Development, and previously held roles such as VP of HR for North America Commercial, VP of Global HR Corporate Functions and HR Operations, Global HR Director for Surgical MTO & QA, and HR Director for US Commercial Pharmaceutical. Prior to working at Alcon, they worked at Celanese Ticona as a Global Human Resource Leader, where they were responsible for all avenues of HR. Before that, they worked at GE as an HR Client Leader, where they provided advice and counsel to management and employees and handled all employee relations concerns. Michelle also has experience working at Target as a Senior Human Resource Representative and a Human Resource Manager, and at Mervyn's as a Manager.

Michelle Peterson earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Michigan State University.
