Traci Millen

Traci Millen, CSM, currently serves as Group Program Manager for Digital Health & Transformation at Alcon since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Security Risk/Business Services Manager at Hoylu and Project Manager at Wells Fargo. Traci has a notable background in project management at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities included leading a team of Financial Systems Product Owners and managing several Financial Systems projects. At Safeco Insurance, Traci held multiple project management positions, overseeing billing and payments initiatives across numerous states and leading operational teams. Traci Millen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eastern Illinois University.
