Gemma Lynch has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gemma is currently the SVP Global Strategic Accounts and Customer Success at Alcumus since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sodexo as the Head Of Business Development UK & Ireland from February 2021 to July 2022 and as the Solutions Director from January 2018 to February 2021. Before Sodexo, they were with Carillion, where they held multiple positions including Work Winning Director from September 2016 to December 2017, Operations Director from August 2013 to August 2016, Facilities General Manager from April 2011 to July 2013, National Operations Manager from June 2006 to April 2011, and Bid Manager - PFI/PPP from October 2006 to November 2008. Gemma also worked at Sweett Group (part of Currie & Brown) as a Bid Manager from October 2004 to October 2006.

Gemma Lynch obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from The University of Manchester between 2000 and 2003. Then, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Project Management at The University of Reading from 2005 to 2009. Later, Gemma completed a Diploma in Management at The University of Aston from 2009 to 2011.
