Simon Janczewski has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, business improvement, opex engineering, continuous improvement, and safety systems. Simon is currently working as the Head of Operations at Alcumus since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Business Improvement Manager at Alcumus from July 2021 to January 2024. Before joining Alcumus, they worked as an Opex Engineer at Zimmer Biomet from September 2019 to July 2021. Simon also worked as a Continuous Improvement Lead at Safran from July 2018 to August 2019. Additionally, they gained experience in the areas of safety systems and projects at The Royal Mint from August 2016 to June 2018. Furthermore, they held positions as a Process Improvement Specialist from January 2014 to June 2016 and as a Process Support from March 2010 to January 2014, also at The Royal Mint.
Simon Janczewski holds a Bsc degree in Sports Science from Swansea University. Simon also has additional certifications in General Certificate from NEBOSH (2017), Process Safety from NEBOSH (2017), Project Manager from the Association for Project Management (2015), Internal Auditor 9001 from Wales Quality Centre (2014), and Green Belt Certification (GB) from The Royal Mint (2011).
