Jesús Clemente Vicente

Jesús Clemente Vicente has a strong background in photonics and optical communications. Jesús began their career in 2017 as a researcher at the Universidad de Zaragoza, where they focused on simulating and testing high data rate coherent optical communications systems. In 2019, they joined Aragon Photonics as an R&D Engineer, where they played a key role in the development and improvement of the company's flagship product, the BOSA (high-resolution optical spectrum analyzer), as well as the creation of a new product, the HDCA (high-definition component analyzer). Jesús also served as a Product Manager, managing product development, marketing, and manufacturing. In 2022, Jesús joined Alcyon Photonics as a Product Engineer, and later transitioned into the role of Product Lead in 2023.

Jesús Clemente Vicente holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad de Zaragoza, which they completed between 2011 and 2016. Jesús further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering, known as MEng Máster en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, from 2017 to 2019.
