Alexandra Pierce is an experienced leader in talent, engagement, and organizational development, currently serving as Director of Talent, Engagement & Culture and Group Head of Organisation Development & Culture at Aldermore Bank since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alexandra spent a decade at Domestic & General, where responsibilities included leading the Group's communications strategy as Group Head of Communications, which encompassed culture change initiatives across multiple regions. Alexandra's expertise includes developing digitally enabled communication platforms and enhancing employee engagement through innovative strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Brighton and CIPR qualifications in Public Relations.
