Matthew Gayne

Matthew Gayne is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in product delivery and treasury management. Currently serving as a Product Delivery Manager at Aldermore Bank since August 2023, Matthew has previously held various roles at Nationwide Building Society from September 2008 to August 2023, including Treasury Product Owner and Senior Consultant in both FTP and Product Control. Matthew's expertise encompasses regulatory reporting for the PRA and EBA, cash flow modeling for stress tests, and the establishment of a new product control department within the Murex program. Matthew began a finance career through the Finance Graduate Rotation Programme at Nationwide, selected from a competitive pool of 1200 candidates, and holds a 2.1 degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Lancashire.
