Michele Griffin

Michele Griffin is a seasoned professional in quality control management, currently serving as Senior Director of Quality Control at Aldevron since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Lean Change Agent and Director of Quality Control at Elanco from April 2017 to August 2021, and Quality Assurance Manager at Milk Specialties Company from April 2014 to April 2017. Michele's career began at Hydrite Chemical Co. as Quality Control Lab Manager from January 2005 to April 2014, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and supervising Quality Control Chemists, as well as developing staffing plans, work schedules, budgets, and timelines. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Indiana State University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
