Tobias Kelly

Tobias Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, administration, and operations management. Currently serving as the National Finance and Administration Manager at Aldi UK since February 2018, Tobias has also held the position of National HR Operations Manager (Secondment), where a new Performance Review system and an Executive Manager Career Progression structure were developed for over 40,000 employees. Prior roles at Aldi included Regional Operations Manager, with oversight of 87 stores, achieving significant regional inventory savings, and Area Operations Manager, recognized as a top 10 National Area Manager. Earlier experience includes co-founding the successful social media app Papped and working as a Business Development Executive at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd, where critical management and process documentation was created. Tobias holds a Business Management BA degree from the University of York.
