Najib Dalank is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology and Digital Transformation Leader at ALEC since October 2014, Najib has been instrumental in aligning IT strategic plans with business objectives, overseeing the design and management of IT systems, and spearheading digital initiatives. Previously, as an IT Application Development Manager at ALEC, Najib managed business process automation and cloud migration projects. Prior experiences include a role as a Senior Software Consultant at Infusion, developing SharePoint-based business solutions, and as a Software Consultant and Team Leader at Netways, where Najib contributed to over 20 successful SharePoint projects while mentoring junior consultants. Najib holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
