Angie Yee

Angie Yee is a highly experienced Senior Staff Scientist at Alector, specializing in antibody discovery and protein engineering since October 2016. As a group leader, Angie oversees in vivo antibody discovery utilizing hybridoma and B-cell cloning technologies, focusing on therapeutic antibody development for immuno-neurology and immuno-oncology. Prior to Alector, Angie served as Senior Associate Scientist in protein engineering at Rinat Laboratories, a Pfizer subsidiary, where therapeutic antibodies were developed for immuno-oncology research. Angie's career began at Genentech as a Research Associate in antibody engineering, where expertise in hybridoma technology and functional assay optimization was cultivated. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Genetics with a minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis.
