Ahmed Haque is the Chief Performance Officer at Aledade. In this role, Ahmed is responsible for overall performance and shared savings revenue across Aledade’s network of ACOs. Ahmed has over 15 years of experience in healthcare solving problems related to quality, cost, and technology. Prior to joining Aledade, Ahmed was with U.S. Department of Health & Human Services where he led strategic initiatives to advance national adoption of interoperable health IT as well as programs to support delivery system reform in states and communities. Additionally, Ahmed advised various care delivery and payment models on quality measures, program design, and transformation. Prior to joining HHS, Ahmed was with the National Quality Forum and the American Hospital Association where he served in various roles impacting ambulatory and hospital-based health care providers. He attended DePaul University and Northwestern University.
