Ryan Kandrack, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Impact Analytics at Aledade, Inc., a position held since May 2021, where Ryan leads an analytics team focused on clinical innovation and pilot testing. Previously, Ryan was a Senior Research Scientist in Impact Analytics at the same company, overseeing research initiatives to evaluate and scale new health services. Ryan completed a pre-doctoral fellowship at the AHRQ NRSA Fellow program at the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research from July 2019 to May 2021 and worked as a graduate research assistant within the same center. Additionally, Ryan earned a PhD in Health Policy and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2017 to 2021, following a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duquesne University. Previous professional experience includes roles at the RAND Corporation and UPMC Health Plan, where Ryan focused on quantitative analysis and health economics.
