Niko Duerr

Niko Duerr is an AI Research Scientist at thingsTHINKING GmbH, specializing in the development of advanced Natural Language Processing methods, including deployment of multilingual transformer models and participation in a European Union funded project on Graph Neural Networks. Niko founded qvest | qvest.capital, creating an automated investment algorithm using deep learning technologies, and served as a Senior Analyst at Mannheim Investment Club e.V., where quantitative and qualitative investment analysis processes were automated. Previous experience includes an internship in risk management at EY, contributing to projects for DAX30 companies, and an asset management internship at Gaia Real Estate. Niko holds multiple degrees in Informatik and Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the University of Mannheim, along with experience at Singapore Management University.
