Ieva Vasere

Ieva Vasere serves as the Regional Finance Director for Europe and the Baltics, Nordics, Poland, and Ukraine at Aleph Group, Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ieva accumulated extensive experience in financial management and administration at The Himalaya Drug Company from February 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included team management, budget consolidation, and communication with international partners. Ieva's career also includes roles at Cabot Corporation, Philips, Accuratio SIA, and Nodibinājums Sporta Apgāda fonds, showcasing a strong background in accounts payable, finance operations, and administrative functions. Ieva holds multiple executive education credentials from institutions such as Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola and the London School of Business and Finance, along with a Master’s Degree from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Rīga Stradiņš University.
