Tino Rionda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Construction Project Manager at Sarris Candies since June 2022, Tino is responsible for executing the vision of the company's new chocolate factory. Tino also holds the positions of Owner/President at Camcade Capital LLC and Rionda Holdings LLC, as well as Shareholder at Alera Group, Inc. Since joining Alera Group General Agency in January 2008, Tino progressed to Senior Vice President, Partner, and President until May 2022. Tino holds a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School.
