Alyssa Sarno is currently serving as Director of Operational Strategy at AlerisLife since March 2024, following a role as Director of Destination Experience at Celebrity Cruises. Prior to that, Alyssa held various leadership positions at Royal Caribbean Group from May 2016 to October 2023, including Director of Employee Experience, Crew Communications Senior Leader, and Product Innovation Leader, where responsibilities included leading innovation strategies and overseeing the development of the company’s first private destination. Alyssa's earlier experience includes roles at Purohit Navigation, Inc., Kohl's Department Stores, and various positions in the hospitality and sports marketing sectors. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in International Business from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing from Marquette University.
