Shawn Lutz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a robust background in direct placement recruiting across engineering, IT, and other technical disciplines. Currently serving as a Senior Professional and Technical Recruiter with Acara Solutions since July 2016, Shawn has notably excelled in executive search and managed a national senior-level direct placement team.
