Previously, Birk was COO and CTO for Alert Logic until the company’s acquisition by HelpSystems in March 2022, where he was responsible for product strategy and development.

Prior to Alert Logic, he led technology transformation for global clients, driving revenue generation through customer success. Birk also spent seven years in product strategy consulting, and was General Manager for the Avaya Services and Contact Center Solutions Division.
