As the director of sales for Alerus Retirement and Benefits, Wade Dykema is responsible for managing and leading new business development and creating innovative, novel solutions for clients and prospects. He also collaborates with external and internal distribution partners to ensure access to Alerus’ diversified products and services.
Wade has 25 years of experience in the financial and benefits industries, and has served in a variety of roles at companies ranging from small, privately owned organizations to Fortune 500 companies. He joined Alerus in 2016, and has a passion for client-centric service that emphasizes meaningful client interactions. He focuses on providing solutions that help clients achieve increased levels of success.
Wade holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He and his wife, Melissa, have two grown daughters and live in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
