Diederick van Welij is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Projectmanager at Alewijnse since October 2024. Prior to this role, Diederick held similar positions at Multi.engineering and De Klerk Binnenbouw B.V., where responsibilities included overseeing the planning, quality, scope, and budget of custom-made yacht interiors. Diederick’s earlier experience includes positions as a Sr Maritiem Ingenieur at Rijkswaterstaat, Projectleider at Kooiman Marine Group, and various roles at Huisman Equipment B.V., where involvement spanned vessel design and engineering. Diederick also has a strong educational background in naval architecture, holding multiple degrees from Delft University of Technology and Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
