Adrian Vargas is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Retail Director at Alex Mill since September 2024, Adrian previously held the position of Director of Retail at Nili Lotan New York from December 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, Adrian was the Operations Director for North America at The Kooples and gained valuable experience as the US Operations Manager and District Manager at Hobbs London. Adrian’s career began at Karen Millen, where multiple roles as District Manager and General Manager were held from June 2010 to January 2017. Additional experience includes a tenure as Store Manager at 7 For All Mankind and Assistant Manager at Lucky Brand Jeans. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from Berkeley College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
