Jeff Rickert has extensive experience in design and electrical engineering, currently serving as the Lead Designer at Alexander & Associates since March 2010. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as an Electrician at Rickert Electric Co. from May 2002 to March 2010. Jeff pursued higher education at Valparaiso University, where a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering was obtained in 2006, alongside an incomplete Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from 2006 to 2007.

(A&A) is a custom and specialty machine design integration and engineering development firm dedicated to serving today's fast paced, ever-changing industrial engineering community. A&A works in a collaborative effort with our clients to develop their manufacturing processes into realized designs and machines for varying purposes from proof-of-principal, to development, to full scale production. A&A completes design packages to client standards and does not have a particular type of “standard” product line. All of our machines and design packages are considered “custom” to meet specific needs of our clients.
