Pillare Hoang Mukai has extensive experience in property management and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Alexander & Baldwin since February 2019, responsibilities include leading and managing capital projects valued up to $2.2 million for retail properties on Kauai. Previously, Pillare held positions such as Assistant Property Manager at Deja Vu Surf Hawaii, where employee training and customer service were prioritized, and Guest Services Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, overseeing front office operations. Earlier in the career, Pillare worked at T-Mobile in various capacities including Product Engineer and Logistic Coordinator, focusing on project management and product distribution. Pillare’s professional journey began with an Information Technology internship at the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and includes a degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
