Stacie Chiba-Miguel

Stacie Chiba-Miguel serves as the Regional Manager at Alexander & Baldwin, overseeing full P&L and operational management of over 500,000 sqft of retail and industrial assets on Kauai and Hawaii Island, including prestigious properties such as The Shops at Kukui`ula and Queens Marketplace. Previously, Stacie held the position of Senior Property Manager at the same company, managing P&L and marketing for several Class A retail centers. Stacie's career also includes roles as Real Estate Manager at CBRE, Executive Recruiter at Bradsby Group, Director of Recruiting at Attention—a firm specializing in social media word-of-mouth—and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half International. Stacie's career began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Senior Account Manager after being promoted from Management Trainee. Stacie holds a degree in Mass Communications with a double emphasis in Public Relations and Journalism from Colorado Mesa University.
