Sean Backe

Sean Backe is a director in the Atlanta office. As a director, Sean works with client leaders in sales, marketing, finance and human resources to solve revenue growth challenges. He designs and conducts fact-finding activities to understand client objectives and issues. He participates in and leads client meetings to present recommendations and consulting deliverables. Sean synthesizes data, client information/intelligence and Alexander Group concepts and frameworks to produce best-in-class design consulting solutions.

Prior to joining Alexander Group, Sean led a commercial analytics team for a Fortune 500 company with a focus on segmentation, sales force sizing, sales analytics and sales process improvement. Since joining the Alexander Group, Sean has taken a leadership role in Alexander Group’s Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence and has specialized in delivering innovative, data-driven solutions in the technology and healthcare practices. Sean has an MBA from the Carroll School of Management, Boston College, an M.Ed. degree from Providence College and a B.S. degree from Georgetown University.
