Irit Wiener Shapira has extensive experience in HR, currently serving as the VP HR at Alexander Schneider LTD since April 2011. Irit is responsible for all strategic aspects of HR, including human resources planning, career management, recruitment, and talent management. Prior to this role, Irit was the Director of the Diagnostic and Recruitment department at Tema Institute from July 1993 to July 2014, where Irit managed recruitment processes and diagnosis. Irit holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sociology from Tel Aviv University, earned in 1991, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the same institution, earned in 1987.
