Shay Ratson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management. Currently working as an Engineering Manager at Drink Ripples, Shay has held various roles such as Engineering Project Manager at Alexander Schneider Ltd., Operations Engineering Manager & PMO at Harmonic, and Engineering Director & PMO at Telrad Networks. With a degree in Communication, Computer, and Control from Tel Aviv University, Shay also obtained a Diploma in CCNA from Appleseeds. Prior to their career in the private sector, Shay served as a Captain in the Israeli Ordnance corps, where Shay led projects with the civilian industry.
