Jerry Newcomb

Jerry Newcomb has extensive law enforcement experience with the City of Alexandria, Virginia, serving in various capacities since August 1996, including Police Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, and Officer, with a focus on the Criminal Investigations Division and special operations. Prior to this, Jerry Newcomb served in the United States Marine Corps from May 1989 to May 1997, participating in Operation Desert Storm/Shield. Additional experience includes work as a Mail Handler and Distribution Window Clerk for the United States Postal Service from February 1994 to August 1996. Jerry Newcomb holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Strayer University.
