Ahmed Fawzy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, IT risk management, and customer service within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Regulatory & Digital Alignment expert at ALEXBANK since August 2022, Ahmed oversees the alignment of bank policies with local regulations and provides advisory support on various banking agreements and projects. Previously, Ahmed held roles at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where responsibilities included IT Risk Officer and Fraud Investigator Officer, enhancing project acceptance processes and managing fraud risk. Early career experiences include customer service roles at Bank Audi and Mobinil, where Ahmed developed skills in customer interaction and operational management. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Cairo University, earned in 2011.
