Mina Michel

Mina Michel is a seasoned professional in fraud prevention and customer service with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as Senior Cyber Fraud Prevention at ALEXBANK since November 2023, Mina previously held the position of Fraud Digital Control Senior at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where responsibilities included monitoring suspected fraud transactions and reporting to the Risk Committee. Prior experience includes leading a call center team at the National Bank of Egypt and working as an accountant at Al-Mahaba. Mina's career began with a role as a Call Center Representative at Vodafone. Mina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business/Trade from Helwan University in Cairo.
