Efren Fernandez serves as the Global Commercial Excellence Manager at Alfa Laval since October 2004, where responsibilities include leading the global sales and marketing organization to leverage data for enhanced decision-making, customer experience, and efficiency. Previous roles at Alfa Laval include Vice President of Marketing USA, Marketing & Business Development Director, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Segment Manager (Sanitary), and Sales Engineer. Prior to Alfa Laval, Efren worked as a Sales Engineer at EQUIREPSA, S.A. Efren holds an Executive MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, a degree in Talent Management from Esade, and a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad de Oviedo.
