Jorge Díaz

Jorge Díaz is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and management within the food and water sectors, currently serving as a Member at Nova Talent since July 2023. At Alfa Laval, Jorge has held the position of Systems & Separation Business Unit Manager since January 2016, overseeing the sales department for decanters and vertical centrifuges. Previous roles at Alfa Laval include Sales Engineer and responsibilities in the after-sales department. Prior to Alfa Laval, Jorge worked at GRUNDFOS in various capacities from September 2011 to December 2015, including Sales Engineer and Business and Financial Coordinator. An early career began with an internship at Siemens, complemented by a shop assistant role at El Corte Inglés and experience as a leisure time monitor. Jorge holds multiple degrees in industrial engineering and finance from prestigious institutions, including Universidad Pontificia Comillas and IESE Business School, where a Management Development Program is currently being pursued.
