Chen Shalita

Founder & Chair at Alfa Sustainable Projects

Chen Shalita is the Founder and Chair, as well as CEO of Alfa Sustainable Projects, which has been operational since November 2009, focusing on sustainable architecture and project management. Previously, Chen served as the Project Director for the Solar Decathlon 2013 Team Israel, collaborating with Joseph Kori, and held a partnership position at Eshel Energy Ltd, an ESCO company specializing in energy efficiency. As an architect at Diamond and Schmitt Architects from October 2006 to July 2009, Chen worked on significant institutional projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $70 million, becoming a LEED accredited professional and facilitating integrated design processes. Chen holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Technion and completed the Harvard Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership Program in 2017.
