Massimo Goldoni is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in IT management and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Group IT Manager at ALFAGOMMA Group, Massimo is responsible for defining long-term implementation roadmaps for infrastructure, security, and ERP applications while overseeing special projects. Previously held positions include IT Manager at Polti Group, IS Performance Test Leader, and IS Training Manager at AptarGroup, Inc., and Head of IT Processes & Applications at Siemens Industry BU Metal Technologies, among others. Massimo has extensive experience in managing SAP applications and leading teams in software performance, logistics, and technology upgrades. Educational credentials include training at the IBM Academy for Manager and completion of various project management and SAP training courses, culminating in a degree as an Industrial Technical Expert in Computer Science.
