Basma Al Fahim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and marketing roles. Currently serving as the 3G Chairman of the Employment Committee at AL Fahim Group since February 2014, Basma has also co-founded and manages The Dollhouse since June 2012 and founded Eventra Events in May 2010. Prior experience includes an Interactive Brand Executive position at Nakheel, where responsibilities included managing usability and accessibility issues for digital platforms, and participation in a National Graduate program focused on Sales and Marketing. Basma's earlier role as Sales and Marketing Director at Details Event involved client engagement, project management, and budgeting. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Zayed University.
